I value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policy. A 24 hour notice should be submitted when canceling a standing appointment. If cancellations are not made 24 hours before your appointment, unfortunately, it will be cancelled automatically. Please and thank you.😊 Since I understand that we are human and live in a hectic world, clients will receive a 15 MIN GRACE PERIOD with each standing appointment. This allows me to maintain the flow and the professionalism of the palace(the salon). AFTER 15 MIN with NO CALL or TEXT, your appointment will be CANCELLED and your DEPOSIT will be FORFEITED. If in the future you would like to schedule an appointment, A NEW NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $25.00 IS DUE AT BOOKING. WE ❤️HEALTHY NAILS It is required of each client to arrive at your appointment time with your nails in a healthy condition to be serviced. If your nails are deemed unserviceable, you will have to reschedule your appointment and your NON-REFUNDABLE $25.00 DEPOSIT will be TRANSFERRED to your next standing appointment. Please understand that I have the right to refuse service. I want your safety as well as mine as we come together to create the most beautiful set of nails fit for a Queen.
